As both a classroom and independent exercice in providing socially responsible marketing for local businesses, I served as director and editor on the project with the hope of increasing volunteer numbers and adoption rates in what was often described as an overcrowded kennel.
Having the opportunity to see the high concentration of animals alongside the constant demand for volunteers was an inspiring sight for both animal care and potential adoption. I encourage everyone interested in adopting a pet to visit your local kennel or animal shelter, as there is always a demand for happy, healthy homes.
